Barbara is the long time friend of Susan Heffley and only being mentioned in Dog Days.
Greg Heffley wanted Susan to take a picture with him below Heather Hills who was sitting on a life guard chair. However, Susan was having trouble with her phone then received a phone call from Barbara and talked for 5 minutes.
